Your yoga practice doesn't need to be limited to your mat or a studio. In fact, it shouldn't be! The workplace might not be the first place you think of when you hear “yoga,” but incorporating a regular class into the work day can be one of the most impactful experiences for your team or colleagues.
If weekly classes just aren’t in the books, you can even consider giving your team a wellness event or special workshop. It’s a great opportunity to learn tools and practices that’ll help them show up better both at work and in life.
Classes in this setting look a little different than those at a studio. If you’re curious to know more about what this could look like for you, let’s get in touch and chat about it!
“…taking this time to slow down + focus on my body, the positions, breathing, & just being present was amazing.”
