Private group yoga classes

60 minute class for those in Wilson Co, TN designed specially for your group’s unique needs!

*Available for adults and/or kiddos!*

Who is this for?

A private group yoga session is a fun way to spend some quality time with friends or family, feel more connected to each other, and feel better in your own body and mind too!

Class offerings are available for adults and/or children. Here’s some examples of when you might consider incorporating a yoga session:

Adults

-Bachelorette parties

-Birthday celebrations

-Family reunions

-Special outings (A calm girls’ night out? Why not!)

Children

-Homeschool co-ops

-Day camps

-Birthday parties

-Mommy & me

Or maybe, you just have a group of people who want to do something special together without the typical studio yoga setting (and others you don’t know who might be practicing the same day)!

What to expect

Get your group together and join me for an hour long class that pairs a mindful yoga practice with the fun dynamic of doing something meaningful with people you care about! During our time together, you’ll have the opportunity to cultivate a deeper sense of awareness and connection, both to yourself and each other.

Classes for kiddos might include aspects of breathing exercises, games, yoga poses, and stories to spark their imagination, empower them to be in control of their body, and encourage learning through listening, play, and exploration.

And while adult yoga sessions might feel a little more traditional overall, we can add in some fun partner poses to allow opportunities for you to interact with and challenge each other within your practice as well!

Either way, as we move and settle into various postures, you’ll be presented with variations when appropriate, allowing you to decide what feels best in your body and whether you need to find more ease or a deeper challenge today.

My goal is to help you experience both a calmer mind, a more energized body, and a deeper bond with those joining you in this special practice.

What you need

-A yoga mat

-A bottle of water or something to stay hydrated

-A willingness to play and explore feeling more connected within your yoga practice

About yoga teacher Jess Frischolz

Jess has been practicing yoga since 2008, with a dedicated daily practice since 2015, and started teaching in 2021. She was inspired to deepen her practice through the kind and loving guidance she received from her teacher and mentor, Jennifer Ewert, after becoming a committed student at the studio. With her experience as a former classroom teacher, Jess’s decision to guide others in their own yoga journeys was a seamless transition. She received her 200hr YTT with Jennifer in 2021 from Akasha Yoga Center, with a focus on hatha and vinyasa styles, and influences of viniyoga as well. She has continued her studies through various courses, books, live workshops, and additional trainings, such as a 30hr children’s yoga training in 2024.

Jess teaches with a gentle, lighthearted approach, empowering you to tune into your body and honor what you need by offering variations to find ease or deepen into a posture. Her classes allow you to develop a higher sense of body, breath, and mind connection, whether flowing through vinyasas or finding nuanced movements in static poses. Her goal is to help you cultivate more self-awareness and become more deeply connected to yourself, others, and the world around you.
