How does Jess Frischolz Yoga provide yoga in a corporate setting?

Depending on your needs, a typical yoga session is 60 minutes (can be 45, if desired) and includes a combination of various approaches and techniques to benefit your employees’ health in the most effective way possible. This includes physical movement, mobility exercises, breathwork, mindfulness techniques, and more. Classes are designed to feel restorative and meditative, allowing participants to tap into a calmer state of being and feel better in their bodies.

Where do we hold our session?

For desk workers at the office or physically active workers in a warehouse, we come to you to provide what your employees would most benefit from. Available for businesses in Wilson County, Tennessee.

We also provide the option for your staff to practice virtually through a unique Zoom link for a live class designed specially for them.

Work conferences, corporate outings, wellness retreats… wherever your chosen off-site location may be, we can provide an engaging yoga session for your employees created to align with the theme of your event. Available for businesses based in or around Wilson County, Tennessee.
