60 minute all-levels outdoor gentle flow yoga session at Pee Wee Fields in Hartsville, TN–surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature on the farm!
Following our class, you’re invited to interact with the pigs and cows, pet them, and give them treats 🥰
What to expect
Join me for an hour-long class that pairs a mindful yoga practice with the healing qualities of nature, with the beautiful farm setting as our backdrop. During our time together, you’ll have the opportunity to cultivate a deeper sense of awareness and connection, both to yourself and your surroundings.
Pairing aspects of hatha and gentle vinyasa yoga, you’ll focus on developing conscious body and breath connection throughout your practice by both flowing gently through asana sequences and exploring static poses through nuanced movements. We’ll explore moments of mindfulness, taking advantage of the sights, sounds, and sensations Mama Nature and the farm have to offer.
As we move and settle into various postures, you’ll be presented with variations when appropriate, allowing you to decide what feels best in your body and whether you need to find more ease or a deeper challenge today.

-A mat you don’t mind placing on the grass
-A towel or blanket to place under your mat (optional-but provides a little extra cushion/protection from dew/dirt)

-A willingness to explore how yoga and nature work together to promote a sense of calm and connectedness

Inclement weather
Tennessee weather can be wild and unpredictable!
Pee Wee Fields has a wonderful indoor event space, so if the forecast happens to call for rain, we don’t have to cancel! We’ll just move class indoors and bring some of our little animal friends inside to join us (they’ll be in their pens, don’t worry!).
When calling for heavy rain, tornados, or any other weather that would make our session unenjoyable, we will be keeping a close eye on the forecast.
If we determine class needs to be canceled, all registrants will receive an email no less than 1 hour before the class start time to inform them of the cancellation and give a full refund.
Cancellation/refund policy
Spots are limited, so if you need to cancel before class begins, please do so by 8pm the night before class starts so you can receive a refund. Then, I can also open your spot to someone else. If you do not cancel and do not show up, a refund will not be issued.
About yoga teacher Jess Frischolz
Jess has been practicing yoga since 2008, with a dedicated daily practice since 2015, and started teaching in 2021. She was inspired to deepen her practice through the kind and loving guidance she received from her teacher and mentor, Jennifer Ewert, after becoming a committed student at the studio. With her experience as a former classroom teacher, Jess’s decision to guide others in their own yoga journeys was a seamless transition. She received her 200hr YTT with Jennifer in 2021 from Akasha Yoga Center, with a focus on hatha and vinyasa styles, and influences of viniyoga as well. She has continued her studies through various courses, books, live workshops, and additional trainings, such as a 30hr children’s yoga training in 2024.

Jess teaches with a gentle, lighthearted approach, empowering you to tune into your body and honor what you need by offering variations to find ease or deepen into a posture. Her classes allow you to develop a higher sense of body, breath, and mind connection, whether flowing through vinyasas or finding nuanced movements in static poses. Her goal is to help you cultivate more self-awareness and become more deeply connected to yourself, others, and the world around you.
