Outdoor Full Moon gentle yoga flow - free/pay what you’d like!

60 minute gentle hatha/vinyasa outdoor yoga session at Perry Family Farm in Lebanon, TN

What to expect

Join me for an hour long class under the rising full moon at sunset where we pair a mindful yoga practice with the healing qualities of nature in a beautiful outdoor setting. During our time together, you’ll have the opportunity to cultivate a deeper sense of awareness and connection, both to yourself and your surroundings.

Pairing aspects of hatha and gentle vinyasa yoga, you’ll focus on developing conscious body and breath connection throughout your practice by both flowing gently in a Moon Salutation and exploring static poses through nuanced movements. We’ll explore moments of mindfulness as we tap into the symbolism of this month's full moon, all while taking advantage of the sights, sounds, and sensations Mama Nature has to offer.

As we move and settle into various postures, you’ll be presented with variations when appropriate, allowing you to decide what feels best in your body.

My goal is to help you experience a calmer mind and a more connected body as you wind down from the day under the moon’s beauty.

What you need

60 minute consultation followed by recurring one-on-one sessions, either in person (in Wilson Co, TN) or virtually, created specially for you and your unique goals.

What to expect

If you’re a woman who loves attending yoga classes but have felt like there’s something missing… Private sessions might be just what you need.

A one-on-one practice is a beautiful opportunity to tune deeper into your body and discover what it’s telling you. Before we begin, we’ll have a chat where I can learn more about you, why you’d like to give private sessions a try, and what areas you’d really like to focus on.

Then, based on your goals, interests, and limitations, I’ll create class plans specific to you, your body, and your goals. We’ll create a scheduled practice routine in which I guide you through mindful movement connected with breath to help you cultivate more self-awareness and truly feel good in your body.

What you need

-A mat and any props to enhance your practice (blocks are highly recommended!)

-A bottle of water or something to stay hydrated

-A willingness to explore how yoga can positively affect your body, breath, and mind through a balance of effort and ease

Investment

This initial 60 minute consultation is $50 and includes an “intake” discussion where I get to know you, your needs, and your goals. We’ll also go through a physical asana practice so I can see how you move through the poses and together, we’ll identify areas to pay extra attention to in the following classes.

Getting it all set up

If you'd like to learn more about what this could look like or you're ready to commit, please reach out through my contact form or email me directly at jfrischolzyoga@gmail.com. We can discuss through email or set up a Zoom call to go through the logistics. If it feels aligned, we'll get our initial 60 minute consultation set up!

After the consultation, ongoing classes will then be purchased in a class pack of 5 or 10 sessions through the offer section on this website.

Our private sessions will take place as long as classes are purchased or until you feel you’ve met your goals. Or, we can continue to shift and update your goals as your practice improves too!

Where our practice takes place

Private lessons are available in person or online.

Online sessions will take place via Zoom.

In person sessions will take place in an agreed-upon location. Options include in your home/backyard, at The Wellness Barre studio in Lebanon, at a local park, at a state park, etc.

Cancellation/refund policy

I understand that life happens and emergencies often happen unexpectedly. If you are unable to make it to our scheduled class, please try to let me know at least 6 hours in advance (or the night before for morning sessions). A missed class will not be refunded but will instead be rescheduled.

Should something happen where you need to cancel all sessions indefinitely, any unused classes from your class pack will be refunded.
